Zeiden Universe

Zeiden Universe

Echoe’s Recount of Zeiden

10 min read
  • An Omni-Scape is a complex and vast construct made up of countless realities, each reality with 1-13 dimensions, every dimension runs through numerous universes, each universe with it’s own translation and application of time within the comic matrix of cause and effect, each timeline with many configurations and variations. These realities can vary widely, even more from Omni-Scape to Omni-Scape, ranging from realities with familiar physical laws and properties to those with vastly different laws. Some realities may even contain different versions of the same individuals yet be unrecognizable.
  • In essence, the Omni-Scape represents the totality of all existence and all possibilities within it. It is a tapestry of infinite variation and complexity, with each thread representing a unique reality or timeline, woven together to form a breathtakingly intricate whole. The sheer scale and complexity of the Omni-Scape is such that it can be difficult for even the most advanced beings to comprehend fully, making it a subject of fascination and wonder for many.

The tale of Zeiden is one steeped in the ancient mythologies of the cosmos, with its roots planted deep in the Celestine Omni-Scape. An Omni-Scape is an infinite set of possibilities conceived by The Grand Artist. But before the Celestine Omni-Scape came to be, there was another Omni-scape existence. Like every other instance before, The Grand Artist conceived all things here. Firstly, the twin yet opposite entities of Light and Dark, Positive and Negative polarities, and Order and Chaos; were Immriel and Morn.

The creation of Morn and Immriel resulted in the simultaneous emergence of Echo Soluna, the cosmic mother, and bride, who embodies the Grand Artist’s works and begins the new cosmic design. Morn, the eldest of the siblings, was formed from the fabric of the Dark Void and was conceived first before the creation of his sister, Immriel of Light.
The very existence of these sibling entities gave birth to a power struggle of Light versus Dark. This struggle would ultimately shape the precarious cosmic Equilibrium. After witnessing the constant near-topple of the Cosmic Equilibrium, the Grand Artist created Zeiden. This third cosmic child could emulate both Light and Dark yet would be affected by neither.

When he conceived Morn and Immriel, the Grand Artist allocated 24% of his power to each to ensure equality and balance between them. To enable Zeiden to balance the opposing forces of Morn and Immriel, the Grand Artist gave him a significantly more portion of his power (49%).

The Grand Artist assumed that with Zeiden’s cosmic power in control of the balance, the Omni-Scape he had created would be safe in his care. So, when he believed his creative works were done, he left Zeiden alone to experience the realities he had created.

The cosmic father left the Omni-Scape in Zeiden’s hands and devolved himself to live as a mortal for a while. And, Zeiden did indeed facilitate the cosmic Equilibrium by maintaining a balance between Morn and Immriel. But, Zeiden’s task ultimately consumed him, and he became poisoned by the responsibility he bore. Maintaining balance alone wore down Zeiden and led to him destroying all that was good and all that was evil alike.

Combining their efforts and power, Morn and Immriel tried to war against Zeiden but were outmatched; they had never worked together this closely. The Grand Artist made Zeiden too powerful, mistakenly thinking the risk to his Omni-Scape would come from Morn and Immriel.  49% of his power made Zeiden the most potent cosmic child. Even with Morn and Immriel cooperating, they could not match Zeiden’s power.

Zeiden’s rampage was radically undoing the Omni-Scape. To defeat Zeiden, Morn and Immriel needed the Grand Artist to contribute the remaining 3% of comic power he kept. Zeiden had caused more damage than anything Morn and Immriel could ever. The eldest siblings raced to find their cosmic father in his lower state somewhere in the expanse of nothingness. Zeiden’s rampage completely undid his father’s Omni-Scape.  Time had no more meaning, but they would eventually find the Grand Artist. In the end, the first two cosmic children sacrificed themselves to give the Grand Artist back enough omnipotence to defeat their crazed little brother Zeiden.

A fierce indescribable battle ripped apart the last remaining reality, and the Grand Artist had nearly annihilated Zeiden. But, just before the decisive blow, Zeiden cried out in sorrow and asked why the Grand Artist left him right after creating him. The Grand Artist stayed his hand for the moment and explained how he only wanted to experience his creations. He saw that his own design decisions and choice may have led to the destruction of his own created Omni-Scape, and how Zeiden’s rampage may have been his fault.

Moved by the fact that Zeiden was a heartbroken child with too much power, he took away most of his cosmic capabilities. He devolved his angry but loving child into the state of being a mere mortal consciousness dependent on a physical host to exist. Zeiden no longer would be a cosmic entity; he allowed his broken and defeated cosmic child to remain in some indeterminable state, stripping Zeiden of all of his cosmic power.

The Grand Artist would then rebuild a new Omni-Scape. Still, first, he had to recreate again the siblings, Morn and Immriel, who were both terrified and wary of their younger brother, Zeiden. Upon seeing Zeiden’s weak state in-stasis at his, and his sister’s re-creation, Morn immediately went to strike at Zeiden, and the Grand Artist understood why. Unlike Immriel, who operated by definite rules, Morn was created for darkness, all possibilities, chaos, and no limitations. Revenge was only natural to the first cosmic child, so without judgment, the father halted Morn from destroying Zeiden in his weakened state.

He placed Zeiden into a limbo called the Imidien. The Imidien is outside of all space, time, reality, or dimension and was where The Grand Artist and Echo Soluna rested and called home; Morn could cause no problems there. He then commanded Morn to resume his duties over darkness, chaos, and negative polarity. At the very moment the Grand Artist spoke the command, in the form of a dark dragon, off flew Morn into the nothingness that remained. The dark Sibling left a cloud-like trail of smokey dark matter in his wake that expanded and filled the empty colorless vacuum to begin creating his half of the Omni-Scape.

The Grand Artist then commanded Immriel to resume her duties over light and order. Still, before she could sprinkle the blackness left by Morn with stars, the Grand Artist had beckoned for Immriel to be at his side. Aside from her regular duties of light and positivity, the Grand Artist requested that she monitor Zeiden’s consciousness as a mortal.

The father had devolved Zeiden from that of a cosmic entity into a simple mortal consciousness, forced to need a physical host to exist. The Grand Artist commanded Immriel to record Zeiden’s actions and progression as a mortal consciousness living one life after another. She was also clearly instructed that If Zeiden proved to be a destructive monster as a mortal, she was authorized to “erase” her brother’s consciousness and existence completely. But, until that could be determined, she must protect her younger brother’s weakened presence from Morn, who is vengeful.

He created an empty universe to serve as a cage for Zeiden, who was the undoer of his works; this is the Zeiden-verse. It was a hidden reality within his new Celestine Omni-Scape. As a confined mortal consciousness, over many lifetimes, the “Undoer” of the Omni-Scape, would take on many identities under variations of the name Zeiden, such as Jahdin, Zhayden, or Jaden.

Immriel knew that Zeiden needed constant observation even as a mortal consciousness and she remembered the consciousness’ that Jaden selected as generals in his onslaught on the Gestalt (All of the Grand Artists Works) to destroy Morn and Immriel; those were his ideal friends.

Whichever path or exit Jaden chose the other companion consciousness’ would chose exits around the same time and place, as well; mandated by cosmic instinct. So in every lifetime he would be surrounded by the same comrades.

This group of consciousness’ that have been assigned to follow Jaden’s consciousness are also born close to the same time of Jaden in every time period. Every host or life time Jaden assumed, in whenever lifetime he unwittingly lived, they were always there. In every life time these characters are also born and will always find Jaden. There are many, but a few are Chani, Amariel, Jeud and Joziah, Syd, Dillon, Bo, Syra, Hosh, Boern, Zhan, Rex and many other consciousness’.

Soon, after living thousands of lifetimes as a mortal consciousness, he had forgotten all about the Grand Artist and anything cosmic. He would come and go from the Light Stream, jumping from lifetime to lifetime, timeline to timeline, but all within the same reality, which was his “Cage.”

But something went wrong and Jaden was separated from that circle in lifetimes. Only the consciousnesses of Boern and Dillon managed to find Jaden in a deviated course of lifetimes. In this lifetime he found himself with Marik, Kull, Bronk, Archimedes, Kat and Xantyra, and few others. It was in this lifetime that without the surrounding support of his circle of guardian consciousness’s that he stumbled upon his affinity for light; and even dark…

The equinox wars (30000 Years in Planet Gera’s past in the Cintaris Galaxy)

During the second Equinox War on planet Gera, in the Zeidenverse cage, Syra was assigned to be Zeiden’s guardian Jyne by Immriel herself for she could see all possibilities and knew a cosmic conflict was soon to come; and the count down had begun.

During Jahdin’s years traveling and learning from a Gilly (gnomish) illusionist named Vren Vandalsnitch; he had no idea of how much control he potentially possessed over light.

One fateful incident at the height of the Equinox War, While battling alongside his comrades in the Second Equinox War, Jahdin tapped in to his cosmic power over light, and directly ripped a hole in reality to breaching the Cosmic Light Stream of Immriel, and along with the Darcabis demon, destroyed himself in the process and collapsed entire underground cave where they fought. By accessing his Light-Time Correction ability Which in those times was mistaken for “Will or Magic” He and his comrades defeated the demon of darkness, known as the “Darcabis”, .  The awakening of his repressed cosmic power over light destroyed Jahdin’s physical body and host shell.

Darcabis was defeated at great cost.  In the process of accessing that source of power, Jahdin’s physical body disintegrated as he tore a hole in his own reality, breaching the Cosmic Light Stream.   At that very moment he destroyed himself in defeating the Darcabis Vae’Neglum, he launched himself and everybody in the cave into a new cosmic place, the effulgent Light Stream.

Instantly, upon entering the restricted cosmic space, the Jyne, beings of powerful light that were the guardians and inhabitants of the cosmic light corridor, brusquely expelled each Living person trespassing out of the Light Stream with no care as to what time, or place, for no living mortal being can ever enter the Light Stream. But, Jahdin quickly understood as he watched the Semi-Cosmic Jyne expel all of his comrades-in-arms, but did not expel him, for he belonged there.

Jahdin’s consciousness was pulled into a long corridor of blinding light with countless small swirling black holes lining the walls that went on infinitely; some holes lingered some holes disappeared. In this Light Stream corridor, he could see unfathomable distances, going backward or forward in time at any place throughout the Zeidenverse reality.

Then, an overpowering instinct pulled him to escape the corridor of light; he knew he didn’t belong there. He tried to exit through a swirling hole from which he believed he had come, but when he attempted, the black hole vanished.  His body and host had perished and was no longer habitable by his consciousness. Quickly, he understood that each swirling hole in this Light Stream Corridor was a new life, a new body, a new experience. He finally understood his life experience as Jahdin Ael Marevencior was gone because his body was no longer habitable; it had perished.

Being inexplicably driven to exit the endless cosmic corridor, Jahdin had to choose a new exit, a new body. From that Light Stream, he could view the possible futures, successes, tragedies, and the parents and families of each portal he investigated.  In this state of light Jahdin realized he could see long distances, going backwards or forward in time at any place throughout the universe.  From a distance, within that light stream, he could get a glimpse of every possible future, he could see every sequence and variation within the infinite possibilities successes and tragedies.

He was pulled to make a choice and chose the closest option near him and jumped through. He was reborn as a child in the future as Jaden Ael Marevencior, 30,000 years in the Planet Gera future, and at six months old. He had thoroughly forgotten the light Stream and how he died. (During “The Meninjer Chronicles: Egress” (Book1)” the younger version of Jaden in his childhood to upper twenties. The Equinox War ends with Jaden being born as an infant again named Jahdin 3000 years in the future.
